Cultivating Young Minds: Herbal Adventures with ‘Gracie’s Healing Garden.’

As a proud resident of the Green Bluff community for the past 24 years, I have witnessed our neighborhood’s growth and vibrancy. This fall, I’m thrilled to introduce a special event that combines the enchantment of storytelling with the hands-on learning of herbalism and holistic health, all inspired by my latest children’s book, “Gracie’s Healing Garden.”

Discover ‘Gracie’s Healing Garden’:

“Gracie’s Healing Garden” is a whimsical tale that takes young readers on a journey with Gracie, a curious girl who learns about the power of herbs in her backyard. The book aims to educate children about the benefits of natural remedies and holistic health, making it both entertaining and inspirational.

Join the Fun:

To celebrate the launch of my book, we are hosting a delightful event where children will get to hear the story read aloud and under my guidance as a Master Herbalist and Wellness Mentor, participants will make their own immune-boosting glycerine tincture, one of the herbal remedies featured in “Gracie’s Healing Garden,” a safe and fun herbal remedy for children. 

Start Your Own Herbal Garden:

In addition to crafting herbal remedies, children will also start their own herbal gardens. Each child will receive a special kit, including seeds, soil, and pots, to plant and nurture their own medicinal and culinary herbs at home. This hands-on activity is designed to instill a love for gardening and an appreciation for natural wellness in young minds.

Gracie will be in attendance, ready to sign books for those who would like to take a copy of “Gracie’s Healing Garden” home with them. This is a wonderful opportunity for children to meet the beloved character from the story and for families to own a personalized keepsake. Registration: Required to ensure a personalized experience. Limited spots available. Parents and guardians are encouraged to join in the fun, learning alongside their children and fostering a family-wide appreciation for holistic health.
